OVERVIEW
Camp Minted is an annual creative retreat for Minted's online community of independent artists from around the world – a space for Minted artists to develop long-lasting relationships with like-minded creatives, be creatively inspired, develop their technical craft and seek creative and physical refueling and rejuvenation. The first two retreats were hosted in Las Vegas (in 2018 and 2019), and the third was hosted virtually (in 2020) due to COVID.
Each year, the Brand team was in charge of selecting the theme and branding elements for the event. My team (The Artist Relations Team) was responsible for putting on the 3-day event, organizing all speakers, overseeing communication with artists, and coordinating all logistics of the conference. I’ve highlighted various print and digital pieces I created for the event based off the branding the Brand team established for each year. It was always such a fun event to look forward to each year!

BRANDING
The Brand team created the following branding for Camp Minted 2018.
PRINT COLLATERAL
Referencing the provided branding, I created the following print items for the event:
Hotel Map, illustrating the layout of the hotel and the specific rooms sessions were being held in. Printed maps were provided on site upon check-in.
Personalized Schedules for each artist, which included info on each of the sessions they registered for ahead of time over the 3-day conference. Schedules were emailed to artists ahead of the event and a printed version was also provided on site upon check-in.
Scavenger Hunt Card as an icebreaker activity for artists to get to know each other.

Since this year was the first year the conference was hosted virtually, all assets were digital. Referencing the provided branding, I created the following digital assets for the event:

Social Media Badges for artists to share their awards with their followers
